Quick Start
1. Install the extension from the Azure DevOps Marketplace
2. Open any Azure DevOps project → click "Project Dashboard" in the left navigation
3. Click ⚙️ Settings to configure your sync options
4. Click 🔄 Sync All — your Epics appear as cards within 60 seconds
