End-User Licence Agreement — Project Progress Dashboard

Please read this agreement carefully before installing or using the Project Progress Dashboard extension ("the Extension").
By installing or using the Extension, you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement.
1. Licence grant
Scriptpad Limited grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the Extension within your Azure DevOps organisation for your internal business purposes, subject to the terms of this agreement.
You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Extension except to the extent permitted by applicable law
- Resell, sublicence, rent, or lease the Extension to any third party
- Use the Extension to build a competing product or service
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
3. Data and privacy
The Extension stores data within Microsoft's Azure DevOps Extension Data Service under your organisation's account. Scriptpad Limited does not have access to data stored in your Azure DevOps Extension Data Service. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.
4. Disclaimer of warranties
The Extension is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Scriptpad Limited does not warrant that the Extension will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of security vulnerabilities.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Scriptpad Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Extension, even if Scriptpad has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
6. Updates
Scriptpad Limited may release updates to the Extension from time to time. These updates may change functionality. Continued use of the Extension after an update constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
7. Termination
This licence is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you fail to comply with any term of this agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Extension.
8. Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
